Cancel & Refund Policy

You can cancel your SwarmADE subscription at any time. Cancellation is self-serve, and this page explains exactly what happens to your access and your Honey when you do.

How to cancel

Cancellation is handled through the Stripe billing portal, reachable from the billing area in the desktop app. From the portal you can cancel your subscription yourself, with no need to contact support.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep full access — and your monthly Honey allowance — through that paid period, and the subscription simply does not renew afterward.

What happens to remaining Honey

At cancellation, two kinds of Honey behave differently:

  • Allowance Honey — your monthly allowance is tied to an active subscription. It is available until the end of the paid period and is not carried beyond it, since there is no further renewal.
  • Top-up Honey — top-up Honey you purchased is a floor that survives renewals. Cancelling the subscription does not consume it; if you resubscribe, your top-up balance is still there.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not erase a paid period you have already started. You remain on your plan until that period ends.

Refund policy

Our refund stance is intentionally plain:

  • Subscriptions — cancellation ends future billing. We do not, as a rule, pro-rate or refund the current period; you retain access for the time already paid for. Any goodwill exceptions are handled case by case through support.
  • Consumed Honey — never refundable. Honey spent on Queen planning or Drone reviews has paid for real server-side model compute and cannot be returned. (Worker CLI calls never draw Honey — they bill against your own subscription.)
  • Unconsumed top-up Honey — refund requests for unspent top-up Honey are reviewed individually through support.

Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund. If you believe you are owed one, request it through support before or after cancelling.
