Plans & Pricing

SwarmADE comes in three subscription plans, billed monthly through Stripe. There is no free tier and no trial: every Queen plan and Drone review spends real server-side model compute, so every plan starts paid. An annual option is available at a discount.

The three plans

Each plan includes a monthly Honey allowance that resets at the start of every billing cycle, plus limits on how much work you can run in parallel and which Drones are available to audit your tasks.

Starter$20 / month5,000 Honey11 of your choiceSolo developers and evaluation
Pro$50 / month12,500 Honey3All 8Active daily use across several projects
Ultra$100 / month25,000 HoneyUnlimitedAll 8 + priority routingHeavy, high-concurrency workloads

Billed annually, each plan is roughly 20% cheaper. The figures above are current at the time of writing — the public pricing page is always the authoritative source for live numbers.

What differs between plans

Plans scale along four axes:

  • Monthly Honey allowance — higher plans include more Honey each cycle, so the Swarm can do more before you reach for a top-up.
  • Concurrent Hives — how many workspaces can run orchestration at the same time. Starter is the most constrained; Ultra is the most generous.
  • Available Drones — Starter unlocks a subset of the eight server-side auditors; higher plans unlock the full set so every task gets fuller review coverage.
  • Support — response priority increases with the plan.

See the current numbers for each axis on the public pricing page, which is always the authoritative source for live figures.

Your subscription Honey allowance resets every billing cycle and is not designed to be hoarded — it is sized so the Swarm can work continuously. If you need more, buy a top-up; top-up Honey carries forward and does not reset. See Honey explained.

Why no free tier or trial

Unlike a static SaaS feature set, the orchestration in SwarmADE has a direct compute cost: the Queen calls models to plan and the Drones call models to review every result, all server-side, all paid by us. (Your Workers run on your own CLI subscription, so that spend is yours.) A free tier would mean giving away our server-side model spend on every run. Paid-from-the-start keeps the economics honest and lets us route to the best models without throttling.
